Site Development Services
Everest Land Due Diligence Services take our clients from a project's start to finish, beginning with the pre-acquisition site investigation and continuing through the entire development process to the completion of the as-built ALTA / ACSM survey. These services include pre-construction surveys, topography, platting, geotechnical services, utility plans, engineering and architectural services, and environmental services. Our technologically experienced team understands the complex engineering aspects required to manage large projects throughout the development and construction phase, in addition to the entire land title transaction process.
