Stephen Crawford is the Managing Partner and Principal of Crawford Law Co. LPA and the founder and President of Everest Land Title Agency, Ltd., providing real estate settlement services to institutional lenders. Together, Crawford Law and Everest Land package settlement services (e.g., document preparation, legal counsel, title insurance, appraisal, etc.) for residential and commercial mortgage lenders. He is responsible for directing the companies’ strategies for growth and building company relationships through trusted advice.
From 2001 to 2006, Steve practiced corporate law with the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. His law practice focuses on financial services matters including regulation of financial institutions, as well as corporate and real estate transactional matters. Steve holds a J.D. and bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York (Buffalo).
